Dr. Marco Sacchi

Dr. Marco Sacchi is the founder of the Naturnetz association. He studied biology (University of Zurich) and conservation and park management (University of South Australia). His specialist areas are herpetology, ornithology and entomology. He has many years of experience as a research assistant in administration and research as well as in environmental education. Most recently, he was project manager in the "Species and Habitat Protection" division of the Business and Ecology Foundation in Schwerzenbach. He also has experience as a book author (e.g. "Observing birds in Switzerland"). Marco Sacchi is married and lives with his family in Winterthur.
